~Information for All-Star, School, Pop Warner, & Collegiate cheerleading routines~

Thank you for your interest in booking a custom cheerleading routine with Aaron Crouse. The following information & guidelines should be read and understood prior to booking your routine.

If you have any questions or are ready to book a choreography session please e-mail Aaron at easttexastumble@aol.com or you can call (903) 297-6661 and a contract will be mailed to you.

Prime time of the year for choreography is from May to September.  Once you choose your dates with Aaron, you will receive a contract via email.  You will need to sign the contact and send back a deposit on your routine.  Only after the contract and deposit is received is your date locked in.

A deposit check is required to hold the date and is due immediately after the date is agreed upon. This should be made payable to Aaron Crouse. This is nonrefundable deposit.  Your deposit will be applied in full to your total price of the routine requested. The full deposit shall be returned should Aaron Crouse need to cancel the choreography session.

 
Your balance for the choreography session is due 1 full week prior to the starting date of the choreography session. Under certain circumstances a cashier’s check can be given to Aaron Crouse at the start of the choreography session. Aaron must approve this in advance.

It is the gym or school’s responsibility to arrange, purchase, and reserve air faire, hotel, and rental car if needed during the time of your choreography session.  Aaron Crouse will not ask for more than $100.00 a night per room for hotel accommodations.
